One advise: Don't book this one - you never can be sure if you get what you were booked. The huge disaster and disappointment the whole trip. I booked 'Deluxe Double room with sea view' with Private balcony as an Xmas present from my family to treat myself for once, in once in a lifetime trip to Halong Bay. And what did I get. The boat was totally different what you have booked - nothing was like it said when you booked the cabin and it says in your confirmation. They changed the boat without asking to old wreck and still tried to charge full, which was even more than the other passengers were paying for this small, old boat. &Quot;Better" food - as they say when they tried to tell that in this boat have better food than the other - was one grilled shrimp and chewy meat roll per person on the bbq. And no free water included to price - only one small bottle. Of course you could buy every kind of drinks from the bar and I can understand charging from alcohol but water! With that price! Everyone went to sleep hungry on that night... And breakfast..- If you like to eat fried eggs, a lot and nothing else, good. The cabin was totally wreck - that one small window were broken and loose,no balcony,no minibar, nothing what I had booked, electric wires were broken, toilet and karaoke was behind the wall. Often people did try to came to my cabin cause they thought it was toilet, you couldn't sleep because of that damn karaoke. And about program - no cooking class, no...I Don't even start. If here in Booked.net is possibility to download the pics, I will so you can see how it actually is. It's not like it says in here, on their page. Photos and description is totally scam, so make sure that you get what you try to book if you still want to use this boat. They really managed to ruin my once in a lifetime experience. And part of it can blame myself - I was warned but I didn't want to believe, just thought those people were too picky...

The guide was very accommodating, friendly and speaks good English. Crew are very friendly and helpful too. The food that they served on board were enough for everyone and still have some leftovers too.
